Payment & Insurance

Counseling is an investment in you

We keep things transparent — here's exactly how payment, insurance, and our cancellation policy work.

We're an Out-of-Network Provider

That means your care is decided by you and your therapist — not by an insurance company. We chose this model so we can offer the most effective, personalized treatment for your mental health needs without restrictions on session length, frequency, or approach.

Most clients with out-of-network benefits get reimbursed a percentage of their counseling fees. We'll provide a Superbill you can submit directly to your insurance company.

Submit Out-of-Network

Call the member services number on the back of your insurance card to confirm your benefits.

Payment Methods

Cash, credit/debit cards, checks, HSA cards, and FSA accounts all accepted.

Cancellation Policy

We ask for 24-hour notice. Your therapist reserves that time exclusively for you.

Questions to ask your insurance

When you call your insurance company, here are the most useful questions to ask about your out-of-network mental health benefits:

  • What are my out-of-network benefits for outpatient mental health services?
  • What is my deductible, and what percentage will you reimburse once it's met?
  • What information do you require on the Superbill to process my claim?
  • Where do I send the Superbills?
